Burloak Senior Support service rates are:
$35/hr per hour
Package rates are available for ½, full day, and ongoing services.
These hourly rates exclude Vacation Home Watch services which are billed individually based on services required and frequency and duration of checks.
We will gladly provide a free 30 minute in-home consultation to discuss any of our services in more detail and to get to know your unique needs.
Charging by the hour rather than by the service provides more value to you as we can accomplish multiple tasks or errands within a one hour time period.
Charges are incurred from the time we arrive to the end of the scheduled service. The first 30km are included in the cost of our service. Additional mileage will be billed at the rate of $0.48/km.
We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered.
For ongoing services, payment is due immediately upon being invoiced (every two weeks).
Vacation Home Watch payment is due as arranged. For ongoing services, there is no charge for the initial meeting and key pickup, however there is a $10 charge for subsequent trips to drop off or pick up a key. (Repeat clients usually ask us to keep a key).
All charges are billed in Canadian funds and are due upon completion of our services.
We accept cash, cheque, money orders, or email bank transfers.
There is a $35 charge for returned cheques (to cover our costs).
No membership fees or long-term commitments are required.

*Referral Bonus* A client referral is the highest compliment that we can be paid. For every new client who is referred by you and who uses our service, you will receive one free hour of service.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested to book a service.
Although we try to accommodate all urgent or same day requests they cannot be guaranteed.
Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of a service or a minimum of a one hour charge will apply.
Hourly rates reflect the charges for services provided by Burloak Senior Support only and do not include any additional costs for merchandise and repairs or the fees and services rendered by any third party service providers.
Burloak Senior Support will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased in good faith.
